Is your guidance usually free for families?
In most cases, yes. Families usually do not pay us for referral and guidance support. We help you compare local options and ask thoughtful questions with confidence.
Do you own or manage senior care communities?
No. Lightbearer is a senior placement and care navigation resource. We do not own, operate, or control the communities we refer to—we provide information and trusted local introductions.
How do you help us choose care options for our loved one?
We start by listening. Using the preliminary information families share—such as reported mobility needs, cognitive concerns, daily support needs, budget, location, and preferences—we help narrow referral options and questions to discuss directly with licensed providers. We provide non-clinical guidance, not medical advice, and your family makes the final decision about any provider.
Do you guarantee care quality or outcomes?
No. We do not diagnose, perform medical assessments, or provide medical advice. Licensed providers and healthcare professionals independently determine whether they can safely and appropriately admit and care for a resident, and they make final assessments, admission decisions, and care plans.
How quickly can placement happen?
It depends on urgency, care needs, availability, and family preferences. Some placements can happen quickly, while others need a little more time to compare options carefully. Availability, pricing, services, licensing status, and admission requirements should always be confirmed directly with each provider.
Can you help if my loved one needs memory care?
Yes. We provide informational referral guidance for memory care options in the Inland Empire and nearby communities, including helpful questions about safety and routines to review with licensed providers.

Referral & Partnership Disclosures
Lightbearer coordinates non-clinical intake details shared by families, including preferred location, budget range, daily support expectations, mobility considerations, and general fit priorities. Each licensed provider independently completes assessments, determines admission appropriateness, and makes final care and acceptance decisions.
Referral Fee Structure
We typically work on either a one time referral fee equal to one month of base rent or a flat fee agreed upon in advance.
Payment is due only after a successful move in that completes the referral relationship.
