Referral Fee Structure
Lightbearer typically works on either a one-time referral fee equal to one month of base rent or a flat fee agreed upon in advance.
When Payment Is Due
Payment is due only after a successful move-in that completes the referral relationship.
Written referral agreements and final partnership terms should be reviewed directly with Lightbearer before participation.
